Catherine Bell

Catherine is an external Board Adviser to the Partnership Board at APR.

Catherine is a Chartered Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), with over 24 years of experience working in the Financial Services sector. Catherine is the Managing Director of Mearns & Company, and is a member of the Investors in People Scottish advisory board. Catherine has a passion for teamwork, staying true to values and believes strongly in the importance of a positive organisational culture.  Catherine believes in lifelong learning, and enjoys creative thinking and working strategically to approach problems and opportunities.

In her family life, Catherine lives in Edinburgh with her husband and three teenage children. Her passions are art, music and food, and she loves spending time with her family and pets whether at home or out and about exploring new places.
