Ana joined APR in February 2025. She is a CIPD qualified people-first HR leader, passionate about building great workplace cultures, driving engagement, and helping teams thrive. Her focus is on aligning people strategies with business goals and making a real impact — whether it’s through culture initiatives, leadership development, or improving the overall employee experience. Ana has worked in HR for more than 6 years, across several sectors, including manufacturing, care, recruitment and charity. Slovenian-born, she first moved to London to train as an opera singer at the Royal Academy of Music which she still pursues in her free time. A fitness enthusiast who loves to read, socialise and travel.
