September 2024 Exam Results
We were thrilled to receive September’s IFoA exam results which were another outstanding set of results for APR. Our IFoA students gained a total of 29 exam passes out of 46 exams that they sat, giving an overall pass rate of 63%, well above the industry wide pass rate of 49%.
Looking at the results for individual FIA exams, APR staff have surpassed the industry wide pass rates in most exams and have achieved a 100% pass rate across 5 subjects.
* As of 15/12/2024, the IFoA has omitted the number of candidates who sat and passed the SA2 exam in the September 2024 sitting from their examiners’ report.
Highlights
Congratulations to all our staff on their hard-earned results! However, a few special highlights for us:
- A massive congratulations goes out to Adam Finn and Morgan Smith-Woodhams for passing their final exam for Fellowship at the IFoA, with Morgan being the first to have joined us as a school leaver before completing the full CAA and IFoA pathway at APR.
- Considerable progress for Ellen, James, Kara, Mihai, Richard, Ryan, Thomas and Will who have all passed two exams.
- Mihai who was able pass CM1 with a quite low pass rate of 30% this sitting.
Although slightly late, APR also wanted to extend our congratulations to Kara, Julian and Amar, who won the SIAS Best Exam Mark Competition for their performance in April! Well done all!
