Resourcing Manager appointment – Sonia Dhonsi

We are delighted to announce that Sonia Dhonsi has recently joined APR’s team as a Resourcing Manager.

Sonia’s main focus will be on expanding the scope and engagement of our talent-pool of high-quality actuarial contractors, while adding further capacity for providing tailored solutions to client resourcing requirements.

Sonia’s most recent previous roles have been in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion programmes for Tesco and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and at Lucozade Ribena Suntory where she managed the end to end process of their contingent and permanent recruitment.  While her role will be primarily outward-facing, Sonia has great experience in, and passion for, employee engagement, which we’re confident will enhance all aspects of APR’s business.

Welcoming Sonia to the business, APR partner Roger Austin said:

“We’re very excited at the opportunity Sonia’s arrival will give us to grow the business at what we expect to be a particularly busy period for the interim actuarial sector.  Sonia’s background in operational innovation and engagement, as well as her strong ties with many of the master vendors we work with, will be highly complementary to the strong technical insight which has been the basis of APR’s success to date.  We’re confident our valued contractors will welcome the more hands-on approach Sonia will bring.”

Looking forward to joining the APR team, Sonia said:

“I am excited to be joining such an established and recognised company within the actuarial sector.  I look forward to applying my previous talent management experience to APR’s existing model to optimise the tailored resourcing strategies we can bring to APR’s clients.  I feel enthusiastic about the prospect of growing and nurturing the contractor pool to establish and maintain good working partnerships with them.”
