Another Great Set of Actuarial Exam Results for APR Staff
APR staff excelled once again in the most recent exam session, with a pass rate of 89% across 35 IFoA and CAA exams.
There were some outstanding performances by a number of individuals this time around, but particular mention goes to:
- Our four new graduate recruits, David Bennett, Jack Davies, Kate Gerhard and Ajay Kotecha, who managed seven passes (and no fails) between them. Having only joined APR in September they have provided a masterclass in how to kick-start an actuarial career.
- Chris Nash and Morgan Smith-Woodhams both sailed through Modules 1 and 2 of the Actuarial Analyst exams, and are rapidly progressing towards CAA status.
- Richard Collins picked up the star performer’s bottle of champagne for the outstanding achievement of this session, ticking off both CT6 and CT8 – not easy in a short summer session.
- And last but by no means least, hearty congratulations to Conor O’Duffy and James Robinson, who have now passed all of the exams required for FIA status. Both have only been employed by APR for three years, so have demonstrated an exceptional rate of progress through the exams.
A huge well done to these, and to everyone passing exams this session – bad luck to those few who just missed out.
