Michelle Lister and David Zhang from PwC will be presenting a talk on robotics automation within insurance.
Michelle and David recently used this new technology to automate a series of manual adjustments for an insurer – a painstaking task previously done by reporting actuaries. They will talk about the capabilities of the technology, its uses across life and general insurance, and lessons learned from the project.
